The 3 Merchants, one of the restaurants of the 5-star Crowne Plaza Hotel, is an invitation to a culinary journey throughout Southeast Asia. Small flags next to the dishes on the menu tell you which country it is from: Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam or Malaysia. The dishes are delicately presented and original. Rich wine list. The atmosphere of the restaurant is rather hushed, with a modern decoration absolutely bewitching. An option to consider if you want to spend a romantic evening in a chic place.
