Opened in 1958, Pho Zap has become an institution in Vientiane. " Zap " (pronounced " sèp ") means delicious in Lao, and indeed the broth is very good. In addition to the classic pho , you can enjoy bo bun, khao soy (a northern specialty), and a multitude of dishes each more appetizing than the last. You will not be disappointed. The prices are reasonable, besides the locals are not mistaken! Another address of the branch is not far, Khun Bu Lom Road, the street of the immigration offices.
