Located in a small alley near Wat Si Muang, quite difficult to find, PVO is one of the most popular restaurants in Vientiane among locals and expats. The reason? It serves succulent and authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a friendly and clean environment. On the menu: the best Bahn Mi in town, excellent Bun Bo, fresh spring rolls, irresistible egg rolls, delicious Bahn Xeo (Vietnamese pancakes)... Recommended.
