Close to the National Culture Hall, this three-storey building (steep stairs) comprises air-conditioned rooms. All have a private bathroom (hot water) and a TV for some. The rooms are small, except those located at the corners of the building. The maintenance is not impeccable but the location is quiet without being too far away from the busy streets.
