Don't be fooled by its unwelcoming facade; this four-storey hotel with elevator has about 30 air-conditioned rooms, most of them quite spacious, with double bed, television, minibar, desk, bathroom (some have a bathtub), and good wifi connection. An interesting address close to the Mekong River, just in front of the Mixay Guesthouse. No real charm, but it is well placed and comfortable. A piece of advice : check the state of the bathroom before taking the room because some are better kept than others...
