Mookata is a popular cooking method that originated in Thailand and has spread throughout Southeast Asia. Sliced meat (usually pork) is grilled on the dome in the center, while vegetables and other ingredients, such as fish balls, cook in the soup. The pot rests on a bucket of burning charcoal, which grills or boils the food. Here the concept has been modernized, and you can even opt for Wagyu beef! The room is elegant and features smoke extractors for customer comfort.
