After opening their first Thai restaurant in Bangkok in 2013, Thai chefs Bee Satongun and her husband Jason Bailey, with their stars gleaned from the Michelin Guide, opened the Paste restaurant in Luang Prabang in 2018. Traditional Thai and Lao cuisine modernized to a high standard. Herbal specialties are made with rare products, accompanied by the highest quality meat and seafood. The rather neutral setting provides a showcase to highlight the colours and flavours of the dishes.
