Halfway up the stairs to Wat Chamkao, a place like no other with a European owner guiding her Lao/Hmong staff to perfection. The initiative of a Dutch Foundation to improve the life of the Lao and ethnic populations of Bokeo province and to exchange activities between locals and visiting volunteers. The atmosphere is sweet and smiling, everyone comes and goes in joy, music and organic Hmong food. Not to be missed!
