Formerly Phonevichith Guesthouse, this hotel is located in the north of the city, next to the landing stage for slow boats to Pakbeng and Luang Prabang. It has 14 rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning and television. Each room has a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy tea or coffee while enjoying the view of the Mekong River. The place is comfortable and well kept. The terrace restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Mekong River.
