This large massive brick-coloured Chinese-style building in the middle of a wide cement courtyard is located south of the city centre, in a street perpendicular to the main street N17 where the Phou Iu II Guesthouse is also located. About 20 rooms with bathroom (hot water), suitably furnished, are available. Large restaurant room on the ground floor for breakfast and group meals. A small drawback however: the rooms are not always very well maintained... Visit several of them!
