Located about 6 km southeast of Muang Sing, on the road to Luang Namtha, it is the most important place of worship in Muang Sing. Built on top of a hill, this stupa is said to house Buddha's Adam's apple. On its left, a few steps lead to a sacred fountain and stone. Following a marked path, to the right of the stupa as you go down the hill, you should find the remains of the old stupa. The That Xieng Tung festival takes place every year at the time of the full moon, usually in late October or early November.
