This brick house is located in the centre of the town. A dozen rooms spread over two floors overlook a small, quiet garden. Each room has a basic toilet. The establishment is run by Mr. Khampheng Onesa, a retired former member of parliament. This affable man speaks English and understands French quite well. The restaurant part actually refers to the dining room... but one eats there properly.
