Facing the Mekong River, this large three-storey building with blue balustrades, groups about sixty spacious rooms, initially equipped with standard comfort, some of which have bathrooms with a bathtub. However, the ensemble is old-fashioned and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the furniture is unremarkable, the decoration is non-existent and the welcome lacks enthusiasm. The only interest of the rooms is the view of the Mekong River. The restaurant is very convenient. You should know that the sauna next to the hotel is rather badly frequented..
