This large building is ideally located in the heart of downtown. About sixty rooms of different categories, comfortable and well arranged. All are equipped with air conditioning, a modern bathroom, and good bedding. The suites have a superb view. The breakfast buffet is varied. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the Panorama Rooftop (see elsewhere). The hotel is managed by the very nice French-speaking Noy, who also runs the Wat Phou Travels agency with her husband Jerome.
