KHAMFONG RESTAURANT

An unpretentious restaurant, nestled just above the sandy beach where the newcomers from Don Khong land. The large terrace on stilts may be very popular, but it remains peaceful. Possibility to sit around a table or on the floor on mats, while enjoying the view of the river. Prefer Laotian and Thai specialities, which are more successful than Western dishes. The service is sometimes very nonchalant and a smile is optional. Not the best restaurant but the setting is pleasant and the prices reasonable.
