MUSUKU RESTAURANT

Musuku is the restaurant of the Southern Sun hotel located in the center of Lusaka in the CBD. It's an opportunity to have a quiet break in the beautiful setting of a charming terrace refreshed by a pond of water lilies. The menu includes interesting Zambian recipes such as nshima of course (always on the table), with sea bream from Kafue. Other choices on the menu include grilled meats, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers and snacks. The restaurant offers daily buffets (with local specialties on Wednesdays), which are very convenient and quick between two visits.
