Here is a brand new hybrid place in Lusaka dedicated to contemporary creation. Part art gallery, part library and part art residency, LuCAC opened its doors for its first exhibition in January 2023 and intends to be part of the decolonization of the arts, encouraging informal art research and experimentation. Emerging artists from Zambia and the diaspora will be exhibited here, including Banji Chona, Sana Ginwalla, Daut Makala and Germain Ngoma.
