The Northmead market, consisting of a thread of small charming boutiques, is certainly the quietest, accessible and secure market in Lusaka. There are a lot of crafts and some local shops: hairdressers, small restaurants, tailors… A site unfamiliar with travellers, far from the tourist markets of Sunday and Kabwata.
