A peaceful haven on the banks of the Kafue River. It is run by Pippa, the charismatic "old lady" of Kafue who will tell you about her African adventures. The camp is affordable, with barbecues. There are also four rustic and rather expensive safari tents with outdoor bathrooms. The restaurant is very good, with the chef making sure to cook fresh and varied ingredients. Activities: game walk, game drive and boat on the Kafue River to see hippos and crocs. Three elephants often visit the camp, be careful when opening your tent in the morning!
