Near Limulunga Palace, the Nayuma Museum presents a very interesting overview of the history and culture of the Lozi people, the Lozi king (the litunga) and the Kuomboka ceremony which takes place every year in April-May and attracts many visitors. On display are handicrafts and objects of daily life and a life-size model of a nalikwanda, a local canoe used during the rainy season. Don't miss the series of black and white photos of the royal court from the 1940s by photographer Max Gluckman.
