Yangon is linked to all tourist destinations: Bagan, Heho, Mandalay, Sittwe, Putao, Thandwe… The plane saves a lot of time on the biggest routes. For all destinations in the domestic lines, it is worth approximately $ 100. For example, the Bagan-Yangon and Heho-Yangon flights return to $ 95 with Air Mandalay. The three airlines provide daily connections to Mandalay, Bagan and Heho, tickets to be booked at least two days in advance. Caution and delays are frequent. Check with the airline on the day of departure or the day before. For less popular destinations such as Bahmo, Putao… only Burma Airlines offers flights with stopovers but not every day.
