With its wooden terrace on stilts to the south-east of Lake Inya, the Sabai deserves a fervent "dai, dai, dai", or traveller's cry filled with spicy but oh so refined flavours! It is said to be one of the best Thai restaurants in the city. You will have to think about mosquito repellent if you want to spend a pleasant moment outside. It is better to book in advance because the dinner often makes emulators and as in most places of the city, the kitchen closes at 21h. The prices are quite correct for the quality.
