Close to Lake Inya, in a small alleyway away from traffic, this restaurant specializing in pasta, and only pasta, from the four corners of Asia and the world, is a friendly address. In a large wooden house, the establishment has a charming terrace and a very neat decoration. The prices are all soft compared to what you have on your plate and around you: the dishes are of quality and the atmosphere is pleasant. As its name suggests, Happy Café & Noodles wants to make its guests happy!
