Established in 1989, the New Treasure Art Gallery is perhaps one of the best known in Myanmar. There are more than 350 works of art, in different formats and representing the magnificent work of more than 60 Burmese artists. Here, group exhibitions rotate regularly, every three months. They show traditional techniques, but above all the inspiration of contemporary society, the struggle for democracy or the urban-rural imbalances. Some of the most famous artists are expensive, others are much more affordable.
