AUNG MYANMAR PUPPET SHOW
An evening at Win Naing's house, aka Mr. Aung, puppeteer like his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. An artist who resists while the misery of his art is dying. Skillful, he is one of the few who can handle heavy puppets with such dexterity. 30 minutes of performance, just enough time to discover a show populated with magical animals, monsters and ubuesque and picturesque characters, to live and feel the Burmese legends in front of puppets who sometimes play chinlon and sometimes dance and do pirouettes.
