Around Inle Lake, especially south-east of the small town of Nyaung Shwe, you can observe in the middle of the fields some kind of sheds surmounted by a high chimney, in the manner of a small factory in the countryside. These are rum distilleries which, when they are in operation, give off rather sweet smells. Don't hesitate to come closer, the farmers who work there are friendly and will be delighted to show you their know-how. Later in the day, take advantage of the small bars of the city to taste a local rum sour!

J ai pas une adresse à vous donne en particulier on prend son vélo et on repéré les petite cheminée au milieu des champs de canne à sucre. Il sont accueillant donc demandé et regardé aucun problème c est vraiment artisanal.
