KALAW HERITAGE HOTEL
Although the Heritage Hotel, opened in 1903, has clearly retained its colonial charm of yesteryear, with its Tudor style and wood panelling, combining Burmese hospitality and English elegance, it still deserves a little help in terms of decoration to make the atmosphere warmer and give the bathrooms a new look. That said, the rooms are large, simply furnished, but comfortable. And above all, some of them overlook the pretty Chinese cherry trees in the garden. The rooms on the first floor of the old building are the best choice.
