The Red Dragon opened a few years ago now, rather well located in downtown Hsipaw. In a much more modern outdoor style, a five-storey high building, the rooms are decent, but quite basic. The terrace, where breakfast is served, overlooks the whole city, which makes it a pleasant moment. The staff is very friendly and will not hesitate to help you find the right information for your visits. Or will take care of making transport reservations for you.
