Between Ancient Mandalay and Royal Bagan, Paukan Cruises, proud of its six comfortable and luxurious cruise ships, offers a dozen tours from one to ten nights, on the Ayeyarwady and Chindwin rivers. The option does not suit all budgets (and requires time) or even all personalities. A rather atypical way to discover this part of the country from another point of view, taking one's time. But it is authentic by the way it looks at the landscapes as it flows from village to village.
