At the end of this small alley is this vegetarian restaurant opposite a small puppet shop run by the same family. The street is quiet, lulled by the warm sounds of conversations and music from the neighbourhood. Marie Min's family used to live in old Bagan. When the inhabitants of old Bagan were evacuated in 1992, the family moved to Mandalay and opened this restaurant. The menu is varied and offers various Indian dishes such as chapatis, lentil soups and curries, accompanied by the eternal lassis.
