It offers 28 spacious, elegantly furnished rooms equipped with Internet access, minibar and 32-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms can be connected to form a family room. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the city and mountains from the bar on the hotel's top floor, where they can enjoy a Burmese beer or a delicious cocktail. Be smart : avoid Smart hotel / Soyez futé : évitez le Smart hotel
Chambre double (twin) avec moquette usée, éclairage à moitié déficient, sans fenêtre vers l'extérieur (pas d'éclairage naturel ni de ventilation naturelle). Salle de Douche vieillotte et pas d'eau chaude ... Situation pas terrible (pas de restos à proximité). Paiement cash en $ ou en K (! conversion à un taux supérieur au taux officiel) ou C.C (moyennant Cion de 1,5%). Aimable à 1ère vue, le staff devient carrément grossier et agressif quand on leur fait des remarques sur ce qui ne va pas !
Seul point positif à mentionner: prêt gratuit de vélos.
