It offers 28 spacious, elegantly furnished rooms equipped with Internet access, minibar and 32-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms can be connected to form a family room. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the city and mountains from the bar on the hotel's top floor, where they can enjoy a Burmese beer or a delicious cocktail. The Smart Hotel also offers free parking, car rental, guided tours, currency exchange and laundry services. The hotel's restaurant and bar are also available to guests. From 2pm to 12am, the hotel offers smoking and non-smoking rooms, subject to availability.

Be smart : avoid Smart hotel / Soyez futé : évitez le Smart hotel
Chambre double (twin) avec moquette usée, éclairage à moitié déficient, sans fenêtre vers l'extérieur (pas d'éclairage naturel ni de ventilation naturelle). Salle de Douche vieillotte et pas d'eau chaude ... Situation pas terrible (pas de restos à proximité). Paiement cash en $ ou en K (! conversion à un taux supérieur au taux officiel) ou C.C (moyennant Cion de 1,5%). Aimable à 1ère vue, le staff devient carrément grossier et agressif quand on leur fait des remarques sur ce qui ne va pas !
Seul point positif à mentionner: prêt gratuit de vélos.
