BOTANICAL GARDEN OF KANDAWGYI
Park – Garden

Located on the circular boulevard, this garden, created in 1917 by Colonel May, gave its name to the city. The park does not have a considerable number of plant species, although there are 589 varieties of trees, but it is a pleasant place to stroll, appreciated by the locals. It would seem, moreover, that this garden is the favourite place for young Burmese couples, who can afford a honeymoon, with 96 hectares of greenery, vast stretches of water and a beautiful wooded area.

Un magnifique jardin où je n'ai rencontré que des gens du pays qui me demandaient de prendre une photo avec moi. Plein de gens souriants. Un beau jardin d'orchidées.
