Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the 11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

Owner's Message
After more than 10 years of Tyflo-certified sustainable viticulture, the estate switched to organic farming in 2010, producing its first organic vintages in 2013.
All the vines are naturally grassed, and thanks to assiduous observation, Mathieu ZOELLER is able to fine-tune treatments using plants, sulfur and copper.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand to preserve aromas. A true respect for the flora and fauna of the vineyard. Harvesting takes place over 4 to 6 weeks, depending on weather conditions and grape maturity.
Vinification is gentle, with minimal intervention. The wines are aged on lees until bottling.
All this year-round work goes hand in hand with work on the estate, particularly in the cellar, where you can enjoy a pleasant moment tasting wines of great finesse.
