AUNG RESTAURANT

Only the regulars and people in the neighborhood know. Nestled in a small wooden house, the restaurant belongs to a lovely family whose son speaks some English and loves meeting foreigners. We are welcomed like a king and everything is set up by the family to make us enjoy a good meal. Fish and shrimp dishes to be rolled on the floor. At nightfall, a candlelit meal awaits the late visitor. Not to be confused with another restaurant of the same name in the town centre, another good address.
