The advantage of this hotel is certainly its location in the city centre. There isn't really much choice for comfortable accommodation in Sittwe. At the Shwe Tazin, even if the rooms are not very tasteful, different standards offer all the necessary comfort, and you will at least be very well received. The staff do their job well and are very welcoming. If you can, opt for a room on the top floor, where you can at least enjoy the view. The hotel also offers a daily breakfast.

Hôtel central (proche de la vieille mosquée de la ville aujourd'hui inaccessible suite aux troubles anti-musulmans qu'a connus la ville). Aucun charme, mais pratique pour une nuit de transit à Sittwe souvent obligatoire avant de rejoindre Mrauk U. Petit déjeuner birman pas exceptionnel, mais là encore pas vraiment d'alternative.
