The Miretti Gascon is an institution that specializes in the gastronomy of the Southwest, fish and seafood. Here, no gasconics: we do not exaggerate, it is simply good and copious. The setting is rather banal and is not one of the restaurant's real attractions. Let yourself be seduced by the menu: hot foie gras with fruit, shelled crab, scallops with curry... Count on 20 000 CFP for a meal for two as prices have recently increased.

Restaurant au Val Plaisance où l’on trouve aussi bien les fruits de mer que de la cuisine Gascogne . Le crabe décortiqué (180g) dans sa coquille est une tuerie tout comme le dessert qu’est l’omelette norvégienne.

Les huîtres, le foie gras, les langoustes, les crabes, les coquilles Saint-Jacques, le confit de canard,les magrets. Tout est bon. On s'y régale depuis des années et on peut aussi faire préparer des plats à consommer à domicile.
Une cuisine de grande qualité; un accueil sympathique. Un must à Npuméa.
