Located on the 18 th floor of the hotel Ramada, L'Tender at 360 ° is the only panoramic restaurant in New Caledonia. View from the top, the city that deploys under your feet is recognition. L'entrecôte 360°, comme son nom l'indique est un restaurant de la fameuse chaine "l'entrecôte" mais à la différence que celui-ci se trouve au sommet d'un hôtel et vous offre une vue 360° sur le lagon et la ville de Nouméa. Peu importe l'endroit où se trouve votre table, vous pourrez profiter de tout le paysage vu que le restaurant est tournant. Privilégiez d'y aller le midi pour profiter au maximum de cette vue magnifique.

Le cadre y est exceptionnel. Il offre une vue panoramique sue tout Nouméa et lorsque le temps est beau, la vue sur le lagon est magnifique. Dommage que le choix dans la carte se limite à 2 choix. Du coup, je le trouve un peu cher, la vue et le concept de la salle qui tourne sur 360° ne justifiant pas le prix.
We took only a buffet breakfast, there was choice. The view is magnificent. The only snag when you can eat in the sun even air-conditioning it is rather unpleasant and wishes so that the tea turns more quickly...
