Bistro with a warm welcome specializing in seafood, takeaway formula available.
This is THE seafood specialist in Nouméa. Even if you have to pay the price, it's worth the detour for its superb seafood platters and the signature menu created by chef Fabrice Chassaing, who has worked in prestigious establishments such as the Negresco in Nice. A takeaway option is also available. Very warm welcome.
