Restaurant with excellent value for money, French cuisine and Alsatian specialties.

In an old villa, you can enjoy French cuisine and Alsatian specialties. The menu is rather greedy and changes every week: pan-fried duck liver with spiced apple compote, venison salad with broussarde sauce and papaya rougail. The à la carte dishes are not to be outdone. A good address which offers an excellent quality-price ratio. We recommend you without any hesitation to visit this address which is worth the detour. A magnificent gastronomic spot that will please everyone.

Des choucroutes royales, des cassoulets somptueux, des tas d'autres spécialités plus goûteuses les une que les autres (raclette, croziflette, caillette, foie gras poêlé,langue de veau, etc...)
Un patron supersympa proche des clients.

On ne peut pas passer par Nouméa, sans aller dans ce restaurant ! La cuisine est très copieuse et...aussi très riche... faite de très bons produits de terroirs et locaux et arrangée avec un excellent savoir... A déguster sans modération !
