On the Nouville peninsula, this restaurant is located in a historical building of the former prison colony (the building was used as a housing for a naval infantry officer) and faces the University of New Caledonia. On the waterfront, the setting is ideal for a tête-à-tête: the cuisine and service are simply impeccable. The lounge bar with its alcoves and pretty lights is also a pleasant place to have a drink. At lunch, light or full menus, and in the evening, everything is à la carte.
