An excellent cook, Annick Sadimoen comes from a Caledonian family and has been living in the region for years. If it is above all a family affair: it is a way to pay homage to her mother who left her beautiful recipes, it is a business that runs smoothly for this former school principal who continues to learn during her travels with numerous chefs in the 4 corners of the world. On the menu: paella, couscous, sauerkraut... Caledonian style. All this, nestled in the heart of a 27-hectare property on the heights of Pocquereux!
