Mainly caramels and chocolates, and many other marvels: Maison Pèlerin has no shortage of resources. This vast building, which can be found on the approach to Mont-Saint-Michel, also offers sweet and savoury specialities, and rightly emphasizes the French and local production that is its trademark. The caramels are numerous, starting with the savoury ones, which are to die for. The same goes for chocolates, with tuiles, orangettes and plaquettes that are sure to please.

ツアーの行程に組み込まれていたので、単なる土産物屋かな？と思っていたが、ノルマンディー地方の地産地消を目的としたちゃんとした施設でした。
しかも日本人スタッフが生キャラメルの製造工程を丁寧に説明して下さるなど至れり尽くせり。
一目でモンサンミッシェルとわかるパッケージに入った生キャラメルやノルマンディーっぽいトートバッグなどを買い求めた。
