Made using traditional weaving methods, these beautiful Mauritanian rugs can have up to 100,000 stitches persquare meter ! Handmade by women working in cooperatives, these handcrafted pieces of camel wool compete with original colors and designs. The Matis factory has also been a weaving training center for over 30 years. For the passionate, it is possible to place a personalized order (patterns, designs or initials chosen).
