Hussein Zeidan is the soul of the Manara restaurant. Coming from the Lebanese diaspora, he has been living in Mauritania for 25 years. During all these years, he trained a team of chefs and waiters, who have become true professionals. In addition to a variety of meat and fish dishes, Manara's menu invites you to travel: with its tabbouleh with bulgur so perfumed with mint, its hummus and the batata harra (potato cubes with garlic, coriander and chili), you will oscillate between Nouakchott and Beirut, or Tripoli!
