One morning, far from the pollution of Nouakchott, we escape for a lunch on the beach of Sultanes. Here, facing the ocean, in which it is good to swim, stands the straw hut of the eponymous restaurant. As usual, seafood (gambas, squids...) and fish(thiof, captain, sea bream...) take the lion's share of the menu.
