The only cultural and educational center in Nouadhibou. In the same compound where the French Honorary Consul resides, the building dominates a garden with trees. It is an important place for the young people of the city who come to learn French or to reinforce it. In addition to the classes, a library and a computer room bring together the learners. In the winter garden, exhibitions and conferences are sometimes organized. On the first floor, Mohamedou, president of the ECARLA association, collects books, posters and photos telling the story of the Aéropostale adventure.
