Etienne Grisoni, a native of the upper Deux-Sorru valley, chose Sagone beach for this waterside establishment. The menu features specialties such as Corsican mussels with marinara, curry, vegetables, Roquefort or Cap Corse, as well as grilled meats and 28 recipes for wood-fired pizze , served in the shade of plane-tree mulberries to the sound of live music from mid-June to the end of August. A cocktail bar invites you, from aperitif time to the end of the evening, to sip your drinks while admiring the Gulf of Sagone.

Le cadre est beau. Il y a la possibilité de manger en terrasse, avec vue directe sur la plage.
Les plats sont bons et copieux.
Aussi bien pour les locaux que les personnes de passage, je vous recommande ce restaurant ouvert à l'année.
