Originally from Castagniccia, Valérie dreamed of a beachfront venue and opened La Petite Voile Rouge in 2019. This small, friendly bistro offers all-day dining, from breakfast to aperitifs, with house cocktails, a choice wine list and planks to share. The summer menu features Corsican products (burger, charcuterie, veal sausage a la plancha...) and the winter menu offers raclettes, fondues bourguignonnes or cheese for a gourmet atmosphere.
