Arriving by plane reveals a beautiful airport, inaugurated in 1998, where wood meets steel, 55 km north of the capital. Nearly 30 million passengers have passed through the airport every year since 1998, making it Scandinavia's second-largest airport after Copenhagen's Kastrup. In 2017, Gardermoen Airport was ranked the second largest airport in Scandinavia. A stop at the Duty Free is a must if you want to save a bit of money!

prudent si vous voyagez ailleurs qu'à Oslo
en fait il faut passer la douane. Avec SAS et Norwegian Airlines, il suffit de passer une porte où vous devez scanner votre carte d'embarquement. Ils vous montreront vos bagages expédiés avec une photo ! et vous devez le reconnaître. Ensuite, vous pouvez passer à autre chose.

Très grand mais très bien organisé
Cet aéroport est très grand mais fonctionnel, bien organisé, les informations y sont claires et le personnel très sympathique !
Accueil agréable.
De plus le suivi par le site internet permet de savoir vraiment combien de temps avant le vol on doit s'y présenter.
Attention cependant pour les novices, l'enregistrement automatique des bagages ! Cela part tout seul donc vigilance à ne pas se faire embarquer la valise sans étiquette... (peu de personnel à l'enregistrement...)

Agréable aéroport
L'aéroport est très agréable et très joli avec son parquet en bois. De plus il est beaucoup moins bruyant que Orly par exemple. Très peu de queue au contrôle et il y a une file pour les familles. Nos 2 vols sont partis à l'heure

Pretty airport, well served by express train or bus. Bring much time to check-in because the passage of the security measures can be very long.
Large dutyfree but the prices are not particularly interesting.
