The Telemark canal was completed in 1892. It connects the Telemark coast to the interior with six locks, between Skien and Dalen, over a distance of 105 km. You can discover it by boat, kayak, sailing, or bicycle. Departures from Monday to Saturday of Skien aboard ships M/S Victoria, M/S Henrik Ibsen and M/S Telemarken.
